КРИТЕРИИ КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ ГОТОВНОСТИ ПАЦИЕНТА К ДЕНТАЛЬНОЙ ИМПЛАНТАЦИИ
Abstract
В тезисе рассматривается проблема определения клинической готовности пациента к дентальной имплантации. Подготовка к имплантации представлена как управляемый дооперационный процесс, включающий санацию полости рта, пародонтологическую стабилизацию, оценку факторов риска, выбор лучевой диагностики, протезно-ориентированное планирование и раннее включение пациента в систему поддерживающего периимплантного наблюдения. Особое внимание уделено необходимости перехода от субъективной оценки готовности к документированным критериям. В работе предложен минимальный набор клинических, диагностических и организационных параметров, которые должны быть зафиксированы перед хирургическим этапом. Такой подход делает подготовку к имплантации более воспроизводимой и снижает вероятность пропуска факторов, связанных с развитием периимплантного мукозита и периимплантита.
