TA’LIM SIFATI INDEKSINI (QUALITY INDEX) ISHLAB CHIQISH VA UNING DETERMINANTLARI
Abstract
Ta’lim sifati masalasi bugungi kunda nafaqat pedagogik, balki ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy taraqqiyotning ham muhim ko‘rsatkichlaridan biri sifatida baholanmoqda. Globallashuv, raqobatbardosh kadrlar tayyorlashga bo‘lgan ehtiyoj, mehnat bozori talablarining o‘zgarishi hamda oliy ta’lim tizimining institutsional transformatsiyasi ta’lim sifatini yanada chuqurroq va aniqroq baholash zaruratini yuzaga keltirdi. Ayniqsa, ta’lim sifatini faqat alohida statistik ko‘rsatkichlar yoki yakuniy natijalar asosida emas, balki kompleks yondashuv asosida aniqlash zarurati ortib bormoqda. Shu nuqtai nazardan, ta’lim sifati indeksini (Quality Index) ishlab chiqish zamonaviy ta’lim boshqaruvi va monitoringi uchun muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
