DEVELOPMENT ISSUES OF ECONOMIC PROCEDURAL LAW
Abstract
This article examines the growing number of economic disputes in a market economy and the role of economic procedural law in resolving them. It highlights the importance of this discipline in legal education and identifies key challenges in teaching, including the gap between theory and practice, insufficient practical training, and limited use of modern teaching methods and digital technologies. The author proposes scientifically grounded recommendations to improve the teaching of economic procedural law.
