Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bolalarda tish kariyesining asosiy etiologik omillari sifatida Streptococcus avlodiga mansub bakteriyalar, ayniqsa Streptococcus mutans va Streptococcus sobrinus ning roli yoritilgan. Kariyes rivojlanishining patogenezi, biofilm hosil bo‘lish mexanizmlari hamda demineralizatsiya jarayonlari ilmiy asosda tushuntirilgan. Shuningdek, laborator diagnostika usullari — mikroskopik, bakteriologik, biokimyoviy, immunologik va molekulyar (PCR) metodlar keng yoritilgan. Zamonaviy diagnostika orqali kariyes xavfini baholash va profilaktika choralarini belgilashning ahamiyati ko‘rsatib berilgan. Bolalarda ushbu kasallikning erta aniqlanishi nafaqat stomatologik salomatlikni saqlash, balki umumiy sog‘liqni mustahkamlashda ham muhim o‘rin tutadi. Kariyesning oldini olishda mikrobiologik nazorat, individual gigiyena va to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish o‘zaro uzviy bog‘liq omillar sifatida baholanadi. (1,2,3)
