INSONIY KAPITAL VA TASHKILIY SAMARADORLIK: O'ZBEKISTON KORXONALARIDA STRATEGIK BOSHQARUV YONDASHUVI
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada insoniy kapital va tashkiliy samaradorlik o'rtasidagi bog'liqlik iqtisodiy va boshqaruv nuqtai nazaridan kompleks tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida insoniy kapitalga investitsiyalar, xodimlarni rivojlantirish strategiyalari, bilim boshqaruvi tizimlari va ularning korxona moliyaviy hamda operatsion ko'rsatkichlariga ta'siri o'rganilgan. O'zbekiston ishlab chiqarish, xizmat ko'rsatish va savdo sektorlarida faoliyat yurituvchi 135 ta korxonada olingan empirik ma'lumotlar asosida insoniy kapital indeksi (HCI) va tashkiliy samaradorlik ko'rsatkichlari o'rtasidagi korrelyatsion va regression bog'liqlik miqdoriy jihatdan baholangan. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, xodimlarning malakasini oshirishga yo'naltirilgan investitsiyalar rentabellikni o'rtacha 19,4% ga oshirib, xodimlar almashinuvi (turnover) koeffitsientini 31,2% ga kamaytiradi. Maqola oxirida O'zbekiston korxonalari uchun insoniy kapitalga asoslangan strategik boshqaruv modeli taklif etiladi.
