Abstract

Bugungi kunda oliy ta’lim tizimi jamiyat taraqqiyoti, iqtisodiy raqobatbardoshlik va inson kapitalini rivojlantirishning asosiy omillaridan biri sifatida namoyon bo‘lmoqda. Shu bois oliy ta’lim sifatini baholash masalasi nafaqat pedagogik, balki ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy va boshqaruv nuqtai nazaridan ham dolzarb ilmiy muammoga aylangan. Ta’lim sifati tushunchasi murakkab va ko‘p qirrali bo‘lib, u faqat talabalar bilim darajasi bilan emas, balki o‘quv jarayonining samaradorligi, professor-o‘qituvchilar salohiyati, moddiy-texnik baza, institutsional boshqaruv, akademik muhit va bitiruvchilarning mehnat bozoridagi muvaffaqiyati bilan ham chambarchas bog‘liq. Mazkur murakkablik oliy ta’lim sifatini statistik jihatdan baholashda tizimli va ilmiy asoslangan yondashuvlarni qo‘llashni talab etadi.
