SEMIZO’T (PORTULACA OLERACEA L.) NING KIMYOVIY TARKIBI VA ANTIOKSIDANT FAOLLIGI: SHIFOBAXSH FITOPREPARATLAR YARATISH UCHUN ILMIY ASOS
Abstract
So‘nggi yillarda tabiiy manbalarga asoslangan shifobaxsh vositalarga bo‘lgan qiziqish global miqyosda ortib bormoqda. Sintetik dori preparatlarining uzoq muddatli qo‘llanilishi bilan bog‘liq nojo‘ya ta’sirlar, organizmda toksik yuklamaning ortishi va farmakoterapiyaga rezistentlik holatlarining ko‘payishi dorivor o‘simliklarga asoslangan muqobil vositalarni ilmiy jihatdan o‘rganish zaruratini yuzaga keltirmoqda. Shu nuqtai nazardan, biologik faol moddalarga boy bo‘lgan dorivor o‘simliklarning kimyoviy tarkibi va farmakologik xususiyatlarini tizimli tahlil qilish zamonaviy fitoterapiya va nutrasevtikaning muhim yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi.
