RAQAMLI TURIZMDA IJTIMOIY-MEHNAT MUNOSABATLARINI TARTIBGA SOLISH BO‘YICHA YEVROPA ITTIFOQI TAJRIBASI VA O‘ZBEKISTON UCHUN XULOSALAR
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada Yevropa Ittifoqida raqamli va “ikkilamchi” (yashil–raqamli) o‘tish sharoitida turizm sohasida ijtimoiy-mehnat munosabatlarini tartibga solish bo‘yicha shakllanayotgan yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. Eurofound, Yevropa Komissiyasi va boshqa institutlar tayyorlagan hisobot va strategik hujjatlar asosida turizm ekotizimida bandlik, ko‘nikmalar, ishni tashkil etish va mehnat sharoitlaridagi raqamli transformatsiya oqibatlari yoritiladi. Platforma mehnati bo‘yicha YI Direktivalari va ijtimoiy dialog tashabbuslari misolida raqamli turizmda mehnat huquqlari, algoritmik boshqaruv va ma’lumotlarni qayta ishlash masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Maqola yakunida O‘zbekiston uchun raqamli turizmda mehnat munosabatlarini takomillashtirishga oid institutsional va huquqiy takliflar ishlab chiqiladi, bunda YI tajribasining moslashtirilishi mumkin bo‘lgan jihatlari ajratib ko‘rsatiladi.
