ATROF-MUHITNING PLASTIK BILAN IFLOSLANISHI - GLOBAL EKOLOGIK MUAMMO VA UNI MIKROBIOLOGIK PARCHALASH USULLARI
Abstract
Plastik chiqindilarining atrof-muhitda toʻplanishi va ekotizimlarga taʼsiri XXI asrning eng dolzarb global ekologik muammolaridan biridir. Sintetik polimerlarning (PET, PE, PP, PS) kimyoviy barqarorligi ularning tabiiy sharoitda parchalanishini yuz yillarga choʻzib yuboradi. Ushbu tadqiqotda plastik chiqindilarini mikrobiologik va fermentativ degradatsiyalash usullari, mikroorganizmlarning (bakteriya va zamburugʻlar) polimerlarni parchalash mexanizmlari hamda ularning samaradorligi tahlil qilingan. Oʻtkazilgan tahlillar va adabiyotlar sharhi shuni koʻrsatdiki, Pseudomonas, Bacillus hamda Ideonella sakaiensis shtammlari va ulardan ajratilgan kutinaza hamda PETaza fermentlari polimer materiallar massasini sezilarli darajada kamaytirish xususiyatiga ega. Mikrobiologik utillash plastik inqiroziga qarshi ekologik xavfsiz, barqaror va istiqbolli yechim hisoblanadi.
