Maqolada ijtimoiy-emotsional ta’limning o‘quvchilarda hayotiy ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Xalqaro tadqiqotlar ijtimoiy va hissiy ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish o‘quv natijalari hamda sinf iqlimiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini tasdiqlaydi. Adabiyot darsida badiiy matn asosida o‘zini boshqarish, hamdardlik, muloqot va mas’uliyatli qaror qabul qilish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga yo‘naltirilgan didaktik model, dars algoritmi hamda baholash ko‘rsatkichlari taklif etiladi.
