Abstract

Oliy ta’lim tizimida sifatni baholash va uni muntazam ravishda takomillashtirib borish bugungi kunda jahon miqyosidagi ustuvor vazifalardan biri hisoblanadi. Globalizatsiya, akademik mobillik, xalqaro reytinglar, mehnat bozori talablarining o‘zgarishi hamda ta’lim xizmatlari bozoridagi raqobat oliy ta’lim muassasalaridan sifatni boshqarishning zamonaviy mexanizmlarini joriy etishni talab etmoqda. Shu bois ko‘plab rivojlangan davlatlarda oliy ta’lim sifatini baholash tizimi ichki va tashqi mexanizmlar uyg‘unligi asosida shakllantirilgan. Xorijiy oliy ta’lim muassasalari tajribasi shuni ko‘rsatadiki, sifatni ta’minlash bir martalik nazorat emas, balki uzluksiz monitoring, tahlil, baholash va takomillashtirish jarayonidir.
