PLC (PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER) ASOSIDA BOSHQARUV TIZIMLARI
Abstract
Mazkur ilmiy maqolada sanoat jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirishda keng qo‘llaniladigan PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) asosidagi boshqaruv tizimlarining ishlash prinsiplari va ularning samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. PLC tizimlari ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini yuqori aniqlikda boshqarish, texnologik operatsiyalarni avtomatlashtirish hamda inson omili bilan bog‘liq xatoliklarni kamaytirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Tadqiqot jarayonida PLC tizimlarining arxitekturasi, dasturlash usullari va sanoat jarayonlariga integratsiya qilish mexanizmlari o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, PLC asosidagi boshqaruv tizimlarining ishlab chiqarish samaradorligiga ta’siri eksperimental ma’lumotlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, PLC texnologiyalarini joriy etish ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarining barqarorligini oshiradi, energiya sarfini kamaytiradi hamda mahsulot sifatini yaxshilaydi. Tadqiqot natijalari sanoat korxonalarida PLC asosidagi avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv tizimlarini keng joriy etish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
