Abstract

This article examines the methodological approaches to the modernization of business processes of regional enterprises under the conditions of the digital economy. The rapid expansion of digital technologies, big data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence has fundamentally transformed the global economic landscape, creating both opportunities and challenges for regional enterprises. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations of business process modernization, identifies the key methodological approaches applicable to regional enterprises, and proposes a comprehensive framework for their practical implementation. The research employs systematic analysis, comparative analysis, and synthesis methods. The findings reveal that the integration of process-oriented approaches, lean management, agile methodologies, and digital transformation tools significantly enhances the operational efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability of regional enterprises.
