Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida inson kapitalini boshqarishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari o'rganilgan. Raqamli transformatsiya jarayonida korxonalar va tashkilotlar inson resurslarini boshqarishda an'anaviy usullardan zamonaviy raqamli vositalarga o'tishning zaruriyati asoslab berilgan. Maqolada HR-texnologiyalar, sun'iy intellekt, ma'lumotlar tahlili (People Analytics) va masofaviy ish formatlari orqali inson kapitalini rivojlantirish mexanizmlari o'rganilgan. O'zbekistonda inson kapitalini boshqarish sohasidagi mavjud muammo va istiqbollar keng tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida menejment sohasida inson kapitalini raqamli boshqaruv tizimiga o'tkazishga oid amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
