IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION THROUGH THE INTEGRATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DIGITAL PEDAGOGY
Abstract
The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies is transforming the educational environment and creating new opportunities for improving the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of education. The integration of artificial intelligence with digital pedagogy enables educational institutions to move beyond traditional models of teaching and create more personalized, interactive, flexible, and learner-centered educational processes. AI-based technologies can support teachers in lesson planning, assessment, feedback, learning analytics, content development, and the identification of students’ individual learning needs. At the same time, digital pedagogy provides the methodological framework necessary for using these technologies in a purposeful and pedagogically appropriate manner. This paper examines the pedagogical potential of integrating AI with digital learning technologies and analyzes its possible contribution to improving teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes. Particular attention is given to personalized learning, intelligent feedback, digital assessment, adaptive learning environments, and the development of students’ independent learning skills. The study also emphasizes that AI should not replace teachers but should function as a supportive tool that strengthens teachers’ professional and pedagogical capabilities. The effective integration of AI therefore requires not only technological infrastructure but also digital competence, ethical awareness, appropriate instructional design, and continuous professional development of educators.
