Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot ishida zamonaviy kreativ iqtisodiyot sharoitida inson kapitalini shakllantirish va rivojlantirishning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Muallif an’anaviy boshqaruv modellaridan farqli o‘laroq, intellektual mulk, ijodiy yondashuv va innovatsion salohiyatga asoslangan yangicha strategik yondashuvlarni asoslab beradi. Maqolada xodimlarning kreativ qobiliyatlarini rag‘batlantirish mexanizmlari, doimiy ta’lim tizimi (lifelong learning) va raqamli texnologiyalarning inson kapitali sifatiga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida korxona va tashkilotlarda inson resurslaridan foydalanish samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
