STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
Abstract
The study develops a conceptual framework explaining how strategic management capability may contribute to sustainable competitive advantage through improved resource allocation, innovation capability, organizational adaptability, and market responsiveness. The paper synthesizes existing literature in strategic management and highlights the importance of managerial competencies and strategic planning for SMEs operating in emerging economies. The proposed framework provides theoretical insights for future empirical studies and practical implications for managers and policymakers seeking to enhance SME competitiveness in Uzbekistan.
