Abstract

Maqolada bolalarda piodermiyalarning etiologiyasi, tasnifi, tarqalishi, klinik xususiyatlari, diagnostikasi va davolash yondashuvlari bo‘yicha zamonaviy adabiyotlar tahlil qilingan. Piodermiyalar — Staphylococcus aureus va Streptococcus pyogenes tomonidan chaqiriladigan yiringli-yallig‘lanish jarayonlari bo‘lib, bolalar dermatologiyasida eng ko‘p uchraydigan patologiyalardan biridir. Maqolada piodermiyalarning yuzaki (impetigo, follikulit) va chuqur (furunkul, karbunkul, ektima) shakllari, predispozitsion omillar, metitsillinga chidamli oltin stafilokokk (MRSA) muammosining ortib borishi, shuningdek zamonaviy antibakterial terapiya yondashuvlari va profilaktika choralari ko‘rib chiqilgan.
