Abstract

This paper examines the convergence of financial technology (FinTech) and Islamic finance as a means of promoting financial inclusion in Uzbekistan. Drawing on existing literature, it proposes a Dualistic Ethical-FinTech (DEF) Framework that combines blockchain technology, AI-assisted Shariah compliance verification, and Mudarabah-based crowdfunding. The study explores how digital financial tools can be aligned with ethical finance principles to improve transparency, trust, and access to capital for micro and small enterprises. The analysis suggests that integrating technological innovation with Islamic finance may support more inclusive and sustainable financial development in emerging economies.
