TURIZM KORXONALARIDA RAQAMLI TEXNOLOGIYALAR JORIY ETILISHI VA XODIMLAR MEHNAT SHAROITLARI O‘RTASIDAGI BOG‘LIQLIK: EMPIRIK TADQIQOT UCHUN USLUBIY YONDASHUV
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada turizm korxonalarida raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish darajasi va xodimlar mehnat sharoitlari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni o‘rganishga qaratilgan empirik tadqiqot konsepsiyasi ishlab chiqiladi. Raqamlashtirish mehmonxonalar va boshqa turizm subyektlarida rezervatsiya, hisob-kitob, marketing va boshqaruv jarayonlarini o‘zgartirar ekan, bu jarayon mehnat yuklamasi, ish haqi tizimi, ish vaqti, mehnat intensivligi va xodimlar malaka talablari kabi ko‘rsatkichlarga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatayotgani hali yetarli darajada empirik asoslanmagan. Maqolada raqamlashtirish indeksi va mehnat sharoitlari indeksi uchun ko‘rsatkichlar tizimi taklif qilinadi, so‘rovnoma asosidagi ma’lumotlar yig‘ish va ularni korrelyatsion-regression tahlil orqali baholash uslubiyati asoslanadi. Natijalar turizmda texnologik modernizatsiya mehnat sifatini yaxshilash imkoniyatlari bilan birga yangi ijtimoiy xatarlarni ham yuzaga keltirayotganini ko‘rsatadi degan gipoteza ilgari suriladi.
