IQTISODIYOT VA BOSHQARUVNI UYG'UNLASHTIRISH ASOSIDA KORXONALARDA STRATEGIK INNOVATSION MENEJMENTNI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH (O'ZBEKISTON RESPUBLIKASI KORXONALARI MISOLIDA)
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada iqtisodiyot va boshqaruv fanlarini uygʻunlashtirish asosida korxonalarda strategik innovatsion menejmentni takomillashtirish masalalari keng oʻrganilgan. Tadqiqot zamonaviy bozor sharoitida korxona samaradorligini oshirishda innovatsion strategiyalar, resurslarni optimal taqsimlash va boshqaruv tizimlarini modernizatsiya qilishning ahamiyatini koʻrsatib beradi. O'zbekiston Respublikasi korxonalari misolida innovatsion boshqaruvning amaliydagi muammolari va yechim yo'llari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida korxonalarda iqtisodiy samaradorlik va boshqaruv sifatini bir vaqtda oshirishga qaratilgan integral model va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
