Abstract

This article explores the significance of flexibility in teaching and planning in modern education. It analyzes how adaptive approaches influence student engagement, individual learning differences, and classroom effectiveness. The study also discusses both the advantages and challenges of flexible teaching. The findings indicate that flexibility is a key factor in enhancing the quality of education.
